April's Full Moon in Libra is the biggest Supermoon of 2020

This week's pink Supermoon at 10:35p on Tuesday, April 7th, is the biggest full moon of 2020! Be prepared for some big changes.

It's also in the astrological sign of Libra. This energy is centered on partnerships and relationships. A reminder to find balance in a loving way.

The full moon marks the end of the lunar cycle. If you begin manifesting with the new moon, then you'll find things tend to come to completion at this time. Don't be surprised though if new energies come into your life as you let go and release old energy!

Supermoons look ginormous because they're closer to the earth than regular full moons. So expect emotions rising to the surface to be super strong. Add an extra dose of forgiveness and surrender to the Divine.

How to Survive Mercury Retrograde

Guess what? It's that time again!
Mercury is in retrograde until March 9th.
But don't panic, here's how to survive the next couple of weeks...
Mercury is the messenger of the gods and, as such, rules communication.
So when it goes into retrograde, it's a good idea to...
  • Be mindful of your words and actions

  • Be patient with others (and don't take things personally)

  • Double (or triple!) check travel plans (flight times, train times, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.)

  • Double-check tracking on items being delivered

  • Double-check emails and texts BEFORE you hit the send button (you can thank me later! ;)

  • Double-check numbers and details on important documents

  • Set aside personal time alone for yourself

  • Meditate daily

  • Journal about emotions or feelings you'd like to release

  • Reflect on releasing deep soul issues that you'd like to heal

How to Float Through the Holidays with Ease

Before you say Fa La La the holidays... take a deep breath.

Seriously. B R E A T H E. ;)

Mindful breathing helps to realign your energy and release emotions. Did you know that learning a relaxing breathing technique can help you float through the holidays with ease?

One of the easiest techniques is Square Breathing. It's as simple as it sounds.

Imagine as you breath that you're drawing a square:

  1. Inhale up the left side of the square as you count to 4 (1 thousand one, 1 thousand two, 1 thousand three, 1 thousand four).
  2. Hold the breath across the top of the square as you count to 4.
  3. Exhale down the right side of the square as you count to 4.
  4. Hold the breath across the bottom of the square as you count to 4.

This is one cycle. Repeat the entire process (steps 1-4) four times for a total of 4 cycles. Repeat as often as needed throughout the holiday season.

This simple mindfulness exercise helps to re-center yourself, release stress and tension... allowing you to focus...
